Senior Chef Class: Ages 11-15 year olds
In this class, your Senior Chef will learn classic culinary techniques. We focus each week on a different skill and food group. Learning and discovering more about whole grains, fruits and vegetables, dairy, healthy fats, and lean proteins. Using only “whole foods” and no foods with no artificial food dyes or preservatives.
Recipe Examples: Ratatouille, Apple Turnovers, Crepes, Breakfast Egg Muffins, Chicken Pot Pies, Confetti Fried Rice, Purple Oatmeal, Breakfast Cookies, Homemade Pasta, Chili and more! *We make 1-2 recipes each week, and not guarantee any particular recipe in advance.
