You think you have skills in the kitchen? Well, its time to show what you got AND learn some new SKILLZ in the kitchen!
In this 8 week session we will focus on knife skills, baking techniques, meal plating, recipe structure and design, and more!
Chefs will complete 1-2 recipes each class with a lot of practice and skill building.
Approximate Age Range – 8-12 year olds that are looking for a skill based and lots of learning class.
Examples of recipes might include: Gougeres, Crepes, Ratatouille, Confetti Fried Rice, Pupusas, Homemade Tortillas, Homemade Pasta, Pies, Pop Tarts, Marshmallows, Creme Brûlée, Chicken Satay, and more!
