STIR FRY! Ginger & Soy – Oh My!

Our cooking classes love making Stir-Fry!  Lots of hands on vegetable prep and a quick cook for all!  Tasty sauce with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce – served with a side of brown rice.

But, you won’t believe what we put in this dish…..

Vegetables! And they love it! A variety of carrots, peppers, celery, green beans, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, and/or cabbage.

Such a great quick dinner option for families.
